At HAVENZA, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days, with most deliveries completed within 5 days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and festive seasons.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is completely free for all orders across India.

  • No hidden fees or handling charges will be applied.


5. Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We use Delhivery as our trusted shipping partner.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID.

  • You can track your shipment directly on Delhivery’s tracking portal: https://www.delhivery.com/track/


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for all eligible orders.

  • Please ensure the exact payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • In case of refusal to accept COD orders, we may restrict future COD purchases for that customer.


7. Return-to-Sender & Wrong Address Policy

  • If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us within 10–15 days.

  • In such cases:

    • We can re-ship the order once the correct address is confirmed.

    • Re-shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.


8. Possible Delays

During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen courier issues, deliveries may take longer than usual. However, we will always try our best to ensure timely delivery.
